Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yankee Candle has a winner with this one... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a big fan of MidSummer's Night since the mid-90s. Apparently, many others are too as this fragrance is still around decades later. For me, as a man, the appeal is simple, it doesn't overwhelm the senses, it's not too flowery, spicy, or perfume like. At the same time, as I'm told by my girlfriend, it's not too masculine or cologne like. It strikes a middle ground and does not disappoint. When I use this candle it fills the entire house with a calming, yet uplifting scent. Really love this one!

The perfect size as a filler candle with other larger candles and the scent adds a layer to citrus or water scent I have going, the size is great to have a few placed around and always hear from friends when I entertain they enjoy the layered scents as they move around my home.

It's great for baths because it's so fresh and clean, it's just not what I expected for something named after the summer. It seems a bit more like a winter scent with the notes of pine, but I see what they were going for and it is nice.

Until o found this scent, and he loves it. It was hard to find a scent that would do the job but wasn’t to “girlie”. This one did it!!! I wish they weren’t so expensive, but it always on my list when I have the extras!!
