The word amazing doesn't come close to the scent of this candle. I am in love!! The throw is great and the Fragrance is powerful but powerful in a very soft way, If that makes any sense. I have been hoping Yankee would bring back vanilla oak But this will definitely suffice. My favorites are dried lavender and oak, Seaside woods and midnight Jasmine.So if you are a fan of any of those fragrances you're going to be so happy With smokey vanilla cashmere!! To tell you the truth, This may have jumped to the top of my list for favorites!!!

My main scent impression of Smoked Vanilla & Cashmere is: Hearth, Woody, Smoky and Vanillic. I think this is a very elegant version of the popular toasted marshmallow/fireside scent-type and it's only mildly sweet, not nearly as sweet as the Creme Brulee released earlier this year. This size candle delivers a soft, clear scent for smaller rooms like a study or bedrooms. I will purchase another larger jar for the family room!

It smells like a mix of woodsy, witchy, incense and smoke scent perfect for Halloween or anytime of the year if you love smoky earthy scents you will love this one.

Also, who doesnt like Vanilla?! Lol. When i got this candle the 1st time around, wow! The throw was great, i out it in my living room which is a fairly decent space for an apartment. After letting it burn for about 15 to 20 minutes, i walked into my living room from my bedroom and the throw smell so good!! Both scents together made me feel so cozy and warm. I hust had to stop and take about 30 minutes to an hour to curl up on my couch and enjoy this candle. Well done!!

It smells like vanilla with a hint of male cologne. The jar is nice enough decor on its own and does not really need a container. One candle burning is enough to make the whole room smell good. Perfect for a fall day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken Large Candle Shipped [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially placed 2 orders for the same large candle, however I meant to have 1 candle sent to my home address and other candle sent to my daughter's address. Anyway, Yankee Candle messed up my other order and sent a DOUBLE ORDER to initial address. I called to have address corrected on 1 order, t he dy emailed me e to s as y an Appeasement order would be shipped. However that Appeasement order when I opened the box, the candle glass was broken. I called Yankee candle to advise them of broken glass and a few days later my new candle arrived with no damage.

Pulled it out of the box and smelled it and was blown away! The most incredibly beautiful smell - a little sweet, subtly perfumey, but in the most soft way. I immediately ordered 4 large candles. Wish I could bathe in this scent. It is just such an exquisitely beautiful scent. Great job with this one Yankee - please keep it and don't change it.

I was hoping it had more of a sweet vanilla scent. To me it smells more like an overpowering mens cologne. I do enjoy the color and shape of the jar wax as it matches the decor I have around the house.
