Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not what I expected!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I smelled it cold it gave me a throw of cleaning supplies. Like a pine scented cleaning solution which threw me off. Burning it was a totally different throw!! Less pine but more fresh woodsy scent. Like windows open on a late winter early spring day and a breeze comes thru. Glad I decided to burn it. This is good if you think pine is an overwhelming scent but it’s not in here. Only down side is it was very faint in my living room but in my spare room with the door closed the scent is much more potent! I would purchase again and maybe 2 to position them in different places in my living room.

But now Lakefront Lodge comes in a close second!!! This is an excellent summer / fall woodsy / nature scent. This scent reminds me of being camping / being in the woods / hiking on trails. It is also a STRONG scent so it fills the room. I have ordered many other items in the scent to fill my home. I mostly use this in the bathroom since I have a bear theme. I like the double wicks for the extra scent boost, but they don't last as long as a single wick.

The smell - amazing, the candle burns for so long leaving a wonderful aroma throughout our entire home making it feel welcoming as soon as you open the front door. We don’t live in a “lakefront lodge” but we do live in a little log cabin tucked into the wooded lands - and the scent is perfect for my rustic theme. It burns for hours and seems to last a really long time. Did I mention that it’s seriously the best quality ever? Highly recommend anything Yankee!

[ I really, really wish that COZY CABIN RETREAT would return because that’s the fragrance I prefer, over all others. I’ve bought a large number/supply of Cozy Cabin Retreat in oil, plug-ins, candle jars and votives My supplies lasted a long time. I grew to love especially in its long-lasting plug-in form.] But I have bought Lakefront Lodge as a next best substitute, when I came back online, I am So Disappointed that Cozy Cabin Retreat was no longer available. I have bought Lakefront Lodge now also in jar candles and votives and plug-in oil scents. It is a warm pleasant scent, hinting of the pine woods.

The lady that was working was extremely nice and helpful and made my visit very delightful. I will definitely be returning.

I recommend burning midsummer's night and lakefront Lodge in the same room on opposite side. and mix the scent together smells so good together. I wish lakefront Lodge came in scent plug refill and a car air freshener.
