While it doesn't exactly smell like what you would think black tea and lemon would smell like, it is still a delight. You can definitely detect lemon, but what I catch beyond that reads more like a basic "masculine" cologne. Not sure everyone would like that, but I love it. The new design for the large jars is an excellent idea. They don't create as much heat right at the top of the jar, and they look beautiful. It is a much more modern look, and I am loving it.

I would love a legit Earl Grey scented candle from you guys! Don't add musk & all that. Like I said, it still smells very nice, but that's not tea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yankee candles never disappoint with their scents and long last ability, as well as they have such great scents that fill your whole house with the smells when it's lit, and even when it's not. This black tea and lemon scented candle smells amazing and makes the whole house smell so good. Its a fabulous mix without being too overpowering or strong. It has a clean fresh scent that I really enjoy throughout my house. Definitely one of my new favorite scents from Yankee.

The pairing of the subtle black tea floral notes with the lemon creates a perfect balance though. I think this is a perfect fresh smelling candle to have all year round!
