Rated 1 out of 5 by from Already did a review Already did a review for this, obviously Yankee Candle don't like the truth about their candles. It's poor in fragrance, tunnels badly burnt ok for two days after that it tunneled and hasn't been any different, no fragrance since tunneling, and yes Yankee candle I know who to care for a wick or two having had your candles since 1985. They cost more for less wax and quite honestly if they all turn out like this they aren't worth buying as the price is now extortionate for a non performing candle!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A new favourite I bought this candle a few weeks ago and have to say it’s now in my top five favourites. The smell has a decent throw although it could be a little stronger. It reminds me of Freshly Tapped Maple with banana added, it’s a savoury sweet scent. My other new favourites are Vanilla Crème Brûlée and Smoked Vanilla and Cashmere. I do find that some of the new ones are a little bit too sweet for me but not this one! I’m also impressed at how well these new signature candles melt, there’s no tunnelling and all of the top centimetre of wax melts which I think prevents this. I’ve used around a third of the candle so far.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rather Disappointed Where do I start with this candle? All they hype of how lovely these new candles are? Why this is called Banana Waffle I have no idea? Perhaps a very slightest scent of Banana but apart from that, it feels the room with some sort of fragrance, but I wouldn't call it Banana nor caramel! It isn't a strong candle I was rather hoping it would be alone the lines of Banana Cream Pie. Nowhere near anything like that. So that's basically the fragrance. I don't know what, but not Banana Ice cream in a waffle cone. Then of course there is the wax. I'm hoping someone here thinks don't get me started on that! You would think that two weeks would give a pretty good pool right? And it did for the first two days Don't say about the wicks Yankee Candle after having Yankee candle in the home from 1985 onward to date, I'd say I have just a little bit of idea of wick trimming and length of wick to leave! On the third day of going to light this candle I was faced with filthy dirty colour wax, which basically left the candle, not the nicest thing to have display, once pooled when you can get it to pool without tunneling, you don't notice the colour until it cools back down, once no longer a light Next morning you find yourself with an even dirtier colour wax than the day before. And again a tunneling candle. And the wicks aren't that good either, I presume which is causing the dirty wax! So all in all £28 for a smaller jar and less burn time candle which isn't matching up the the house warmers at all! I have 5 others on order from a seller who is waiting for stock I am not sure I'll be bothering with those after this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely smell / burn Smells fantastic and lights well. I love the double wick candles, they burn so efficiently and smell far stronger and longer than the single wick candles. My favourite smells tend to be the sweet food scents.
