[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pepper and cardamom are a perfect balance to keep the caramel and amber from being too sweet. Sandalwood is one of my favorite fragrances, and this is no exception. The blend reminds me of relaxing at the beach, and it brings a calm feeling to the room. The illustration on the jar is simple and elegant as well.

Nice Fragrance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love sandalwood and have enjoyed some that are not around anymore so I thought I would try this. I am normally a Buttercream scent person but I thought I would try this. It's not bad, scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 7. For me that's good, so I'm happy with this new scent.

Wonderful scent!

It is a clean fragrance that fills my whole house. The combination of amber and sandalwood is absolutely perfectly balanced to make this an amazing candle burning experience.

I would say this Fragrance of the Month provides a neutral scented candle. I know many people do not like over powering scents and if that is you; this is a great choice.
For me I would have this on maybe after cooking or towards the end of a night but personally prefer stronger scents. Still a good addition to my range.

Not quite what I was expecting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this would really smell like sandalwood and amber. But it doesn’t. It has sort of a kerosene smell along with a light amber bottom note. I’m wishing I’d bought a small size and not the large candle, because I definitely won’t be using it.

It smells so good and the smell just travels throughout my house without being too strong that it gives me a head ache! The wick is easy to light and the burn time on them is incredible! Favorite Serene Scent!

Not my favorite.
