Rated 1 out of 5 by from faint scent I liked the smell of this candle before lighting, but while burning, it emits almost no discernible fragrance. Only if you are standing directly over it, can you smell it. I burned the large jar about 1/4 down and finally decided to try Yankee's return policy - took it back into the store and I was able to easily exchange it for another large jar candle (I got Celebrate Christmas, which seems to have a stronger scent). This was not my first time disappointed in a Yankee candle, but was my first time trying their return policy, so at least I can say that aspect of it was really good. This candle just did not have nearly enough scent to be worth the $.

I recently starting burning 3 at the same time in different areas of my house & I'm not sure what happened but the flame on these were huge. I trimmed the wicks before the initial burn but within in an hour the flames were out of control, seriously. I had to put out all 3/let cool/re trim and light again. Same thing....huge flames w/light smoke. I finally had to quit burning them and changed to a different scent. I would give this 5 stars for the scent but as for burning no way!!! I've never had a problem burning YC but for some reason these 3 were awful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This One I love the many apple scents that YC offers. I love red apple wreath and enjoy both the cold and hot wax aroma. It's got the sweet apple smell with with that light fresh wreath scent. It's a delightful pleasant mix. I think goes lovely with any of the holiday shades and sets. I added my new jar to my winter birds crackle set. This s a wonderful fresh holiday aroma.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cinnamon Apple This candle is great for burning all year round, not just at Christmas time. Upon cold sniff I smelled mostly sweet apple with hints of cinnamon. It reminded me of Macintosh. But when it was lit, the cinnamon really came through. I could also pick up the mellow scent of walnuts underneath. It really helped even out the spicy apple scent. A friend came over and asked what I had been baking all day! I would say this candle is scented in the medium range of throw, capable of scenting a large room.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have been a HUGE YC fan for years... but more and more I am getting candles with not nearly enough scent for the price. Red Apple Wreath has always been one of my favorites, but this is 2 in a row that has almost no noticable scent. I hate to stop buying them, but for the money, they should throw a fragrance that is noticable, and the quality has definitely deteriorated. I'm disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice scent . This Yankee Candke is smell so nice ! Big jar with lid on it . I use to burn the candle for my kitchen and living room for every time after I finished my cooking meal , it’s smell great for my whole house . I love to buy the big yankee candle 22oz , it’s last all the way to the last drop and really safe with great thick glass jar not easy to break and the jar didn’t get hot when burn it and smell great when burn it up until done but the scent still smells good last long in the day . The Yankees candke didn’t make black soot on my wall or ceiling , just when flame was done and it looks a bit black soot in the jar but I can clean it out .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Husband's FAVORITE Scent My husband has to have this scent. If we get close to running out of it we have to get more. This scent is amazingly realistic - mostly apple with a Christmas tree scent underneath. We do NOT break this out only at holidays - it's a year-round scent for us. My husband won't have it any other way! The throw is pretty strong, and will find its way throughout your house. Awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect year-round fragrance This fragrance easily surpassed my previous favorite, Home Sweet Home. Red Apple Wreath is delightfully fresh and slightly spicy, with the apple scent being the primary note. The candles have excellent "throw," as well. I light one in my home office on the first floor at the front of a 2,400-square-foot, two-story home, and the fragrance greets me upstairs and at the back door. Four dogs own me and my house, and Red Apple Wreath does a superb job of overcoming pet odors. Try it!
