It's important that any returned item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
Please make sure you keep hold of your proof of purchase, as you’ll need this for us to process your refund.

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email us or call us so we can assist you.
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods. We are unable to cover returns costs if the items are not faulty.
Bought at Authorised Yankee Candle Stockists/other online retailers:
For products purchased through an authorised Yankee Candle stockist, please return products, with proof of purchase, to the retailer from which you purchased them. The retailer will have their own individual returns policy which will be available by contacting them directly.
Please note that items purchased from our Outlet stores can only be returned to Outlet stores.
Retailer exclusive lines such as Home Inspiration, Simply Home or World Journey can only be returned to the original place of purchase.
Our returns policy is in addition to and does not affect your Consumer Rights.
