Coconut Porridge Bowl

What You'll Need (Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 150g porridge oats
  • 450ml coconut milk
  • 100g frozen raspberries

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful of berries
Coconut Porridge Bowl
  1. Put the oats in the saucepan and pour in the milk
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Add the frozen raspberries and allow to simmer until the raspberries have melted and the porridge is your desired consistency
  4. To serve, pour into bowls and add your toppings of choice
  5. Enjoy!
