If you purchased your item from another site, or a different store, please contact them directly. They will be able to help you with your return.
Our returns policy is in addition to and does not affect your Consumer Rights.
Please keep your receipt as this will be required for any returns under this happiness guarantee. Yankee Candle’s happiness guarantee is valid for 1 year after your purchase as described in this document. During this guaranteed period, if you are not happy with the product, and the product has not been used or opened, then please send it back to us, with your receipt. The rights and benefits under this guarantee are additional to your statutory rights, which are not affected by this guarantee. Only Yankee Candle Company (Europe) Ltd (“Yankee Candle”) has the right to change these terms. Yankee Candle undertakes within the guarantee period to refund you the amount you paid provided that:
- The product has not been used or opened; and
- the product has not been altered in any way or subjected to damage, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by a person other than a person authorised by Yankee Candle.
The rights under this happiness guarantee shall only apply to the original purchaser and shall not extend to commercial or communal use.”
