Returns Policy

We value you as a member of our family and care about your satisfaction. So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it hassle-free for an exchange or a full refund. Unless faulty, we would like this to be within 90 days of purchase.

If you don’t have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note we can only offer you an online gift voucher to the value of the current selling price. If you have your Yankee Candle receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

It's important that any returned item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

Bought at Authorised Yankee Candle Retailers:

For products purchased through an authorised Yankee Candle retailer, please return products, with proof of purchase, to the retailer from which you purchased them.

Bought Online On

For products purchased online at contact us:

Stating your order number and reason for return and our customer service team will be pleased to assist.

Please note that items purchased from our Outlet stores can only be returned to Outlet stores.

Retailer exclusive lines such as the Simply Home or World Journey can only be returned to the original place of purchase.
